Government Control, how much is too much?

Government Control, how much is too much?

America, can you see what I see? Our freedom is slowly being taking away from the government.

Whatever happened to our Country’s Constitutional rights?

What about our Right to Bear Arms; that is the second amendment.

All of this came about from recent crimes that had occurred in the last 6 months.  The president and government are in cahoots with challenging our constitutional amendment regarding gun control. (Blaming that guns kill people, and we need to control guns and the types of guns that are being sold).

In my opinion; if the government goes through with their wishes over gun control; this decision can ultimately develop into great destruction, violence and criminal activities to this country, if it is taking away.

Destruction would be from the people who take pride in this country and our constitutional rights to bear arms

Violence would be from the people who don’t agree with what the government is trying to control.

Criminal activities will be the illegal selling of guns and ammunition from the underground world.

So instead of people going through the proper channels of registering and obtaining clearance to own a gun license; the underground world will be distributing illegal guns to people that should not be allowed to have access to them in the first place.

Do I believe that Guns Kill; why yes of course it does. But some of the more recent deadly killings weren’t because these people were registered gun owners.

What happened to those innocent children from Connecticut was profoundly sad, but that murderer was not a registered gun owner. He stole his mother’s gun, so the issue here should not be about gun control, but rather, it should be about register gun owners finding better ways to secure gun safety in their household.
Do I personally own a gun? No! But I still don’t believe that our second amendment should be taking away because of certain issues of past people losing control and killing many of people. Do I think these people were killed because they were able to walk into a gun store and buy a gun? No, I believe most of these issues were regarding other issues that have nothing to do with buying a gun.

I have been around guns all my life, but never once did any of my siblings and I ever had the urgency to kill or hurt someone.
People that kill don’t kill because they have access to a gun, they kill for other reasons.
